Cancellation And Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances may arise which may require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment with our astrologer. In such cases, we request you to provide us with at least 24 hours' notice so that we may accommodate other clients.

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel your appointment, please inform us via email or phone call at least 24 hours in advance.
In case of cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee of 50% of the consultation fee will be charged.
No-show appointments will be charged in full.

Refund Policy:

Refunds will only be provided in the case of astrological services not being provided due to the fault of the astrologer.
Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of the consultation.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of the request.
