In this spiritual ascension movement of the new world, many people are now getting aware of their spiritual growth and taking different strides on this path using yoga & meditation. But we are missing a lot on what help this benevolent nature can provide us on this sacred path. Crystals have been used by many ancient civilizations for thousands of years not only as a spiritual help but also as scientific devices to increase specific vibrations to get results that are physical, emotional, and spiritual.

In this blog, I will limit myself to some of the highest vibrational crystals which will assist you in your spiritual progress. With my experience of crystal healing, I will suggest below 3 crystals for ascension and spiritual growth.

Moldavite (Crystal of connectivity):

Moldavite is an extremely high vibrational crystal with intense frequency. Just keeping the crystal in your palm for a few minutes is enough for you to realize the intense frequency it carries. It is a member of the Tektite group of natural glasses formed from the collision of a large meteorite approximately 14.8 million years ago in Czechoslovakia in Russia. Moldavite contains both terrestrial and Extra-terrestrial material making it one of the rarest tektites and is only found in Czechoslovakia. It’s a star-born crystal of connectivity and its “out of earth” origin makes it unique. My personal experience with Moldavite was intense and I could see the physical symptoms like racing heart, heavy breathing, and flushing of the face within 3 minutes of holding it in my hand. It did take some time for me to get used to it, but afterward, it paid as I can feel the prana running through my body 24x7.

Auralite 23 (Soul healer):

Auralite is the stone for awakening kundalini at all levels. Auralite 23 also known as Super 23 was found in the year 2011 in a mine in northern Canada. Auralite 23 is 1.2 billion years old, it was formed long before the earth was inhabited with animals. Super -23 stimulates higher awareness and telepathic connection with one's guides and guardian spirits. It is also a well-known healing crystal that has profound effects in balancing the crown chakra. It connects you to the higher planes, brings inner purification, and focuses on our lives. It takes us into the highest realms, which bring about inner purification, increased psychic sensitivity, trigger flashes of intuition, insights into a personal truth, lucid dreaming, balanced awakenings, visions of future events, lets us remember our past lives, releases the blocked karma associated with them and facilitates deep meditations. The most amazing thing about auralite 23 is that it contains 35 rare elements and 17 different minerals. My personal experience with auralite was amazing, when I first grabbed auralite in my hand I felt like I was holding something very cold, it had a very strong but relaxing energy, in a few minutes I noticed that my breathing got deeper and slow, my mind became blank, I felt deep rest, something that I usually feel in deep meditation but with this crystal, it happened spontaneously without any effort. Herkimer diamond (The Ascension Crystal):

Herkimer Quartz's "Diamonds" are another blessing of nature for us. Herkimer diamonds are not actual diamonds but are a rare form of double-terminated quartz which are found in the place of Herkimer County, New York, USA. It’s a very high-frequency crystal and it has the energy to take you to the highest frequency possible being in a human body. Herkimer has a very strong memory and can be energized with a specific intention for crystal work. Its frequency amplifies the psychic powers and clairvoyant abilities in you. It also amplifies the effect of other crystals kept with it. My personal experience with this crystal has been amazing, while working with this crystal I could feel the peace and intense emotional energy which it was emitting.
